Johnsen became directors in early 1979, when ISC was formed.   Niels M. Johnsen and Edwin Lupberger became directors in 1988.  Edward K.  Trowbridge and Erik L. Johnsen became directors in 1994.  H. Merritt Lane III became a director in 2004, T. Lee Robinson, Jr. and Captain James J. McNamara each became directors in 2008.
